FlexLoader: Flexible and Gentle Egg Loading for Grading and Breaking Operations
The FlexLoader is a robust egg loading machine, perfectly suited for smaller off-line grading or breaking operations. Designed for maximum flexibility, it supports the entire Alpha grading series and OptiBreaker models with up to 6 lanes, offering a capacity of up to 48,600 eggs/hour (135 cases/hour).
Operators place tray stacks directly onto the infeed belt conveyor, where the FlexLoader’s unique loader head carefully lifts eggs out of trays and delivers them gently onto the infeed roller table. Its advanced features, including automatic stuck-egg detection, ensure smooth, efficient operation and high product quality.
Optional configurations, such as a destacker, allow for easy scalability to meet evolving capacity needs.
