De-Palletizer 600

The Depalletizer 600 is a gentle and efficient de-palletizing system designed to handle plastic trays, interlayers, and empty pallets with a capacity of up to 600 cases/hour (216,000 eggs/hour). It seamlessly integrates with any loader solution, offering flexibility for diverse production setups. Interlayers and empty pallets are automatically processed, with the option to stack them or send them to a washer for cleaning, enhancing workflow efficiency.

Equipped with an advanced vision system, the Depalletizer 600 compensates for pallet misalignments of up to 100 mm, ensuring precision and reliability. Four tray stacks are picked up simultaneously and loaded onto conveyors, synchronized with loader inlet systems when required. A customizable full pallet accumulation chain conveyor minimizes loading time, making the system as self-sufficient as possible.

For environments requiring enhanced hygiene, the Depalletizer 600 is available with a stainless steel washable option (IP67). Engineered to maintain full speed without interruptions, this system is built to optimize productivity while ensuring gentle handling.
