The Plus 6 model processes up to 72,000 eggs/hour (200 cases/hour) and is a good fit for entry-level breaking & separation operations.
The 6-row egg breaking compartment features 108 optimized cracker units, serving 216 receiving and separation cups. Cam-controlled breaker bars allow for the longest possible draining time, maximizing product yield and quality. The machine comes equipped with the OptiManagement system, offering automatic fault tracing, detailed service surveillance with update alarms, and a computer-vision-based egg yolk scanning system. The intelligent automatic cup washing and air purging system ensures optimal cleanliness and efficiency.
Liquid egg is collected at the bottom of the machine via product outlets, while eggshells are hygienically ejected through a built-in sanitary screw conveyor. The machine's speed is controlled by a frequency inverter for optimal efficiency.
The Plus series features a standard integrated CIP (cleaning-in-place) system, reducing the need for manual cleaning and lowering labor costs. Maintenance is simplified with features like snap-on/off receiving and separation cups, easily changeable cracker units, and large door dimensions for quick access. An optional cam installation under the cups allows for manual inspection.
