Its gentle two-stage suction cups transfer eggs carefully onto the roller conveyor table, ensuring minimal risk of damage. The carousel loader handles de-stacking, empty tray management and aligns 60 eggs at a time for precise transfer by the swing arm loader.

The swing arm loader, synchronized to the grader’s speed, provides the most gentle egg handling in the industry by eliminating the need for guiding equipment that could increase the risk of breakage. Compatible with egg graders like the OptiGrader 400 and GraderPro 400, the OptiLoader Plus 12C works seamlessly with a variety of tray types, including pulp and plastic.
