对水果泥进行WAVE巴氏杀菌/灭菌技术,确保产品在极短时间内均匀加热,避免间接加热导致的过热现象。

水果泥因其粘稠度,非常难以巴氏消毒或消毒。高粘度使得在短时间内均匀加热整个产品变得非常困难。

为确保加热管式热交换器的均匀性,使用管状热交换器,但管道内高压降限制了产品在系统中的速度,导致管道中产品表面不可避免地过热。

WAVE在短管内瞬间均匀加热产品,从而实现最佳的灭菌/巴氏杀菌工艺。
