Our Test Center provides an ideal environment for testing how our WAVE Technology can be seamlessly integrated into your production line. With tailored trials and tests on specific products or processes, we help you achieve optimal results and confidence before making a purchase or implementing new processes.
We have installed a WAVE to carry out trials for our existing and new customers. We invite you to send us a sample of your liquid product, in order to test the quality and properties of the product after pasteurization or sterilization.
Our test center is also equipped with a Spray Dryer unit where you can test the product after pasteurization or sterilization.
Before the actual test is conducted we carry out a a pre-examination of your product.
This is a visual inspection of your product to evaluated if it can be pasteurized or not.
To conduct the test, please provide enough product for 5-8 hours of WAVE Technology operation, typically delivered in IBC containers. Keep in mind that the time between production and pasteurization can affect the final outcome, so plan for one sample per day.
After testing, the processed liquid will be shipped back to you for further analysis.
