Water-based Egg Loaders

The AquaLoader and JW/Compact are water-based egg loaders that complement the range of egg loaders, ensuring efficient loading of eggs for every application.  With a robust and practical design, they ensure a smooth and gentle transfer of eggs into the breaking process.

Eggs are placed in a water-filled vat, where they are gently lifted onto the breaker infeed by a conveyor, ensuring a consistent filling rate. If needed integrated brushes can be added to clean the eggs before they enter the breaker.
