To achieve this, Ba Huân partnered with SANOVO TECHNOLOGY GROUP, to implement a high-performance liquid egg production line, including the OptiBreaker Basic 2, the PrimeLine Pasteurizer, and a fully automated filling system.

End-to-End Control Over Egg Production

Ba Huân manages its own farms and egg supply, ensuring greater oversight of quality and production stability. However, moving into large-scale liquid egg processing requires advanced automation to meet growing market demands while upholding the highest food safety standards.

The OptiBreaker Basic 2 ensures accurate egg breaking, allowing Ba Huân to separate yolks from whites with high precision. This enables the production of three liquid egg products—pure egg whites, egg yolks, and whole liquid eggs—which are then packed in 5 kg and 2 kg bags. These products serve a wide range of food industry applications, including bakeries, ingredient manufacturers, and foodservice providers.

Once separated, the PrimeLine Pasteurizer plays a crucial role in ensuring food safety and product integrity. While its modular design offers flexibility for future capacity expansions, major upgrades require additional investment over time. For now, Ba Huân has optimized its production to meet current market demands while allowing room for growth. The pasteurization process eliminates bacteria while preserving freshness, functionality, and nutritional value.
