Dirk Goede is the proud owner of the successful egg processing factory and is the fourth generation of the Goede family running Adriaan Goede B.V. This leadership has been and still is based upon the stated objective 'Get the best out of the egg'. This statement was also decisive when the decision was made to invest in a new egg breaking and separation machine in December 2013. Focussed on supplying superior egg products to its customers, Goede started looking for equipment which could produce high-quality albumen and minimize the amount of whole egg.
 
Instead of contacting the equipment suppliers directly, Dirk Goede visited other egg processors to hear their experiences with different types of egg breaking and separation equipment. The tour was conclusive and left no doubt that SANOVO's machinery is the best-performing equipment on the market. Shortly afterwards, the plan for installing two egg loaders and two egg breakers from SANOVO was finalized.

Professional and Enthusiastic

Delivery and installation were done very professionally, and it was a pleasure to work with the enthusiastic engineer. The two lines were installed in one week, and everything worked perfectly the first time.

In order to avoid affecting the supply of products to our customers, the time of installation was critical. The two egg processing lines with loaders, breakers and piping had to be installed in one week. "However, any concern we may have had with regard to the installation process was put to shame. Delivery and installation were done very professionally, and it was a pleasure to work with the enthusiastic engineers. The two egg loaders and egg breakers were installed in one week, and everything worked perfectly the first time."Dirk Goede says.
  
"The two new egg processing lines were installed in April 2014, but already after a few weeks of production, we were surprised to sense the positive change of attitude among our employees. People were much more relaxed and expressed how they enjoyed working with the egg loader and the egg breaker from SANOVO. The machines always start up in the morning and run without any interruption. At the end of the day, it takes less than an hour of manual work to clean and prepare the CIP cycle. On top of this, the noise level during production has decreased tremendously, to the great pleasure of our staff." Dirk Goede says.

"Both the egg loaders and the egg breakers are cleaned by the integrated CIP system, and we were astonished to learn how effective the automatic cleaning is, even on the egg loader. Simple but sure proof of this is the high quality of clean raw products we produce every day, always with a significantly lower bacteria count than in the past. The performance of the egg loaders and the egg breakers deserves no comparison to our old equipment. We have always been using grade "A" eggs purchased directly from the farms, but with the SANOVO egg loaders and egg breakers the yield has increased tremendously.

No-breaks have declined substantially and are always less than 1.0%, and the production of whole egg has decreased from about 10–12% to less than 4.0%. Our new egg loaders and egg breakers supports us in fulfilling our mission—to "get the best out of the egg". Now we can concentrate on producing and supplying egg products specialized to meet the needs of our customers."
