Delvo™Nis can extend the shelf life of liquid egg products. Delvo™Nis prevents the growth of gram positive bacteria, meaning the type of bacteria that can survive pasteurization, like listeria monocytogenes or spore forming bacillus cereus.

Moreover, the use of Delvo™Nis in egg applications can help food processors by allowing milder thermal treatments and by that improving functional properties.
