This 12-row egg breaking compartment with 108 cracker units ensures optimal breaking through its curve-controlled breaker bars. Other than the Compact 2 Model, the Compact 12 comes with an operator touchscreen showing operating data and alarms. Eggshells are ejected by the built-in sanitary screw conveyor. An efficient frequency inverter controls speed. Large doors of the mainframe provide easy access to all vital parts - all to facilitate maintenance and minimize downtime. We recommend adding the optional automatic CIP (cleaning-in-place) system for ensuring a hygienic production.
