This system is derived from our Fully Automatic Inoculating machine.

Features include egg lifting, punch and needle cleaning, automatic inoculating, and automatic actuation of the egg tray into the inoculation station.

The Semi-Automatic Inoculator is ideal for small to medium-sized production runs, as it only requires one person to operate. The system doses inoculum into each egg with high accuracy. After each inoculation, the needle is sanitized in a bath from bottom to top and the process can start again.
