When Hebei Jiamei Food Co., Ltd. set out to establish a state-of-the-art egg processing facility, the ambition was clear: create a highly automated production capable of delivering safe, high-quality liquid egg products for both the domestic and international markets.

From Farm-Fresh Eggs to High-Quality Egg Products

The production line, located in Shenzhou City's Economic Development Zone, integrates the entire process—from egg loading and washing to breaking, pasteurization, filling, and packaging—into one fully automated system. By minimizing manual handling, Jiamei ensures consistent product quality, high food safety standards, and efficient production.

Commercial production began in October 2025, and within its first year of operation the company achieved several important milestones, including ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, and FSSC certifications, while also obtaining approval for export production.

Today, the facility processes approximately 3 million eggs every day, supplying customers across China as well as export markets in Europe and Southeast Asia. Through its integrated business model, connecting local farmers, egg cooperatives, and feed production, Jiamei has created a sustainable value chain that supports both food production and regional agricultural development.
