With the capacity to handle between 40,000 and 80,000 eggs/hour (110–220 cases/hour), the Stack Palletizer adapts to various farm configurations, ensuring compatibility with different workflows. Its advanced design picks up four stacks of six trays from the supply conveyor and places them onto pallets in 5 or 6 layers, depending on your requirements.

Built for durability and ease of use, the Stack Palletizer accommodates both plastic and pulp trays, as well as plastic dividers and pallets, such as the EggsCargoSystem®. Cleaning is straightforward, with options for manual dry cleaning or using pressurized air to remove dust and debris. Additionally, internet access for remote assistance ensures minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.
