Installing a horizontal box spray drying plant is often way faster than huge vertical spray drying tower projects. Thus, choosing to produce spray dried powders on a box spray dryer minimizes you time to market even further.
Having the advantage of being horizontal and including everything in a box the spray dryer is not as complex to operate as you might think. All operating spots are placed on the same level and with short spacing. Hence, use of stairs or man lifts are limited in normal operation of the plant.
