test

In SANOVO TECHNOLOGY GROUP we work strategically with Company Karma and the business philosophy about “Making responsibility a part of our business”.

We do this, as we believe in the benefits of ensuring sustainability by taking care of our environment and the world’s resources. Yet, we also recognize the financial benefits of these engagements leading to better economic results – a requisite of maintaining jobs and thus securing the well-being of our employees. The work with our KPI’s is and an ongoing process at more levels of the organization. Below you find our present KPI’s and examples of different initiatives.

Our KPI’s are:

  • Reduce waste from Production by 20% (matching UN SDG’s 12 and 13)
  • Reduce energy consumption by 20% in our production units (matching UN SDG’s 12 and 13)

We believe in the benefit of contributing to the common job market to ensure a highly skilled / educated population that can develop our society, and we need as a company to ensure and develop the competencies we need and requires now and in the future.

Our KPI’s are:

  • Ensuring sustainability in the future job market by hiring apprentice’s, interns, trainees etc. (matching UN SDG’s 4 and 8).

On the product side, we have focused on sustainability as well. When developing new machines it is an integrated part of the requirements specification to set up goals for less consumption of water- energy- and chemicals e.g. by increasing the use of recycling.

Cradle-to-Cradle Print

In line with our Company Karma philosophy, we encourage new environmentally responsible and circular processes, securing a healthy world for future generations.

We made an overall decision in the fall of 2017 to print all future brochures on Cradle-to-Cradle Certified™ paper. This means that you turn over the pages of a guaranteed sustainably printed product, which is 100% biologically decomposable and totally free of any toxic chemicals and heavy metals. It also means that in producing our printed brochures, we have reused the resources of the earth in a natural circular process, leaving no harmful waste materials poisonous for people for the environment.

In other words, you could bury our brochures in your garden and even plant vegetables on top without damaging the environment or your health. Actual the paper and new ink are so clean it can be eaten!
